I had been taking drugs for 20 years for my back. Dr. Jon was my last chance for a normal life. After seeing him over 3 years, I no longer take medication. I have lost 30 pounds and walk and do exercise every day without hurting myself. Healing from major injury is a slow process, but with some patience and great help it’s all worth it.

Every Visit Has Been a Positive Experience
If, like myself you’re reluctant to see a chiropractor, whether it be fear, anxiety and/or disbelief I strongly encourage you to book an appointment with Dr.Jon. He is such a Wonderful Dr. He is attentive, informative & empathic. He uses gentle techniques ensuring you are comfortable during the adjustments. When I left his office I felt I was heard. I felt hopeful & tremendous gratitude for Dr.Jon. Though I’ve only had a handful of visits I’m no longer experiencing pain, I’m sleeping better & my energy is up. I only regret that I didn’t come see him sooner. I must add, the women that work the front desk at the Family Wellness Centre are absolute gems. You will be welcomed every visit with a warm & friendly smile and treated with kindness. Every visit has been a positive experience & I look forward to continuing my care with such an Amazing Team!

I’ve always been a skeptic when it came to chiropractor care. Dr Jon explained and showed me more than I could have ever imagined. I had little knowledge on how your spine can affect so much. A Great Experience
It is obvious to me from my 1st appointment that Dr. Jon and his staff work as a TEAM. They are ALL very attentive to your questions/needs, polite, friendly, professional and extremely accommodating/understanding when the need arises for a quick appointment or having to cancel one at the last minute for unexpected reasons. I highly encourage anyone needing to see a chiropractor to contact his office for a consultation. I Was Able to Move My Neck Almost Instantly

Dr Diplock was Absolutely Wonderful

Very Friendly and Very Accommodating
I called one morning when I woke up with severe back pain. The ladies at the front desk were able to get me in immediately and Dr. Diplock was able to figure out a plan to get me back into my best shape. Comfortable and Well-Taken Care Of!
I was a bit nervous before my appt. because I had never been to a Chiropractor and wasn’t sure what to expect even IF my friend told me that I would be WELL taken care of and that I would be comfortable through each and every step and that all staff is wonderful and understanding there. She was 100% accurate and that was my experience. I left feeling hopeful that my issues are things that can be worked on and that I will soon be getting some relief and my anxiety within minutes from the uplifting energy from each staff there was lifted.

Professional and Very Knowledgeable Doctor
As an older gentleman (65 years), I have been to several chiropractic providers over my lifetime. Not one compares to this facility. Knowledgeable and Empathetic
Dr. Jon began treating me last November. My issues are poor posture, neck, shoulder and back pain. On my initial visit he was very knowledgeable and empathetic. I immediately felt his concern for my well-being and recovery. Being sensitive to my situation, he made up my treatment plan, which includes adding gradual exercise to help strengthen my core when I am at home. My whole experience thus far has been positive. Keeping your spine in good alignment is a must.

Light at End of Tunnel
I've been struggling with the same medical issue for months and have seen many different medical practitioners. However no one has listened to me and symptoms as a whole the day Dr.Diplock did. Even that alone has alleviated so much stress as I feel like I'm constantly having to convince health care workers,something is wrong, and he reassured me what I am feeling is not normal. Although at this time I have not received treatment or even sure if that will happen,the first appointment has shown some light at the end of this tunnel.

Excruciating Low Back Pain
When I came to the Family Wellness Centre I had lower back pain that was constant and excruciating. This was so challenging that it would immobilize me. Even sleeping had become a major issue. Within weeks of committing to care with Dr. Jon my back pain was gone. I was a lot less irritated and stressed. I also noticed something completely different, that my sense of smell returned after having lost it years before! Today I am pain free and back to working out. I now sleep 7 to 8 hours a night uninterrupted and really enjoy having my smell back.

The staff at Family Wellness Centre are amazing!
From my first visit I felt welcomed and they really cared. I came in because of major back pain that didn't allow me to play with my children. I began care with Dr. Jon and started to notice changes in my life immediately. My spinal pain, with my sinuses, digestive problems and dizziness all improved. Headaches and nausea gone

Weakness in my hands
I am a mechanic and use my hands every day to make a living. When I woke up with major weakness in my left hand I knew something was wrong. I joined the Family Wellness Centre and began care. Today my hands are as strong as they have ever been. I love that Chiropractic allows me to work at my best!

The staff makes you feel like you are family
I had never used or went to a chiropractor before so I was a bit anxious at the very beginning but within minutes being there the staff makes you feel like you are family and also help you be very at ease by answering all of our questions and explaining to you every step of the process. This helped me alot with my anxiety. I originally went in for help with DDD (Disk Degenerative Disease) and also my spine and posture was off and also felt that was the cause to my dizziness and balance issues. I also had pain too which was keeping me up at night.
My treatments really helped with all of these issues and the best part of was that I felt more balanced and also made me much more aware of how I contribute to my own misdirection of my health issues and also how much my posture affects everything. They also would send me emails on exercises and stretches and also even diet suggestions and very informative articles.
I always left with a skip in my step and also they made sure you walked out with a smile.
